How do I move from my credit book?
At setup we go through each customer’s balance with you, so the first message they get is right.
Will reminders upset my neighbours?
The first is a friendly reminder. It turns firmer from 60 days, and from 90 days it is a final notice. Nobody gets two within 3 days, a customer can answer “I’ll pay within a week” with one tap, and a customer who says stop gets no more.
A customer pays part of what they owe.
Record the payment with one line. It settles the oldest purchase first, and the customer is told what is left.
Can customers ask for delivery to the building?
The order page can ask for delivery or pickup, with your delivery areas, a fee and a minimum order, once we switch it on for your shop. ALYR does not track drivers: your team marks the order complete.
